REFINED KNITTED UPPER

While retaining the advanced features race-tested with peloton athletes, the latest iteration of the Infinito Knit features a refined knitted construction that seamlessly integrates superior ventilation throughout the upper, further streamlined by removing more weight than ever before. An incredibly breathable mesh base combines with targeted knitted zones of thermofused TPU yarn to create foot support where athletes need it most. This ensures efficient power transfer to the pedals, with the same support and pedaling efficiency as a traditional cycling shoe.

VOLUME CONTROL SYSTEM

The Volume Control System allows for differentiated adjustments for the instep and forefoot areas, which can vary greatly in shape and volume from rider to rider. Thanks to the latest Li2 BOA® Fit System platform, with a smaller dial diameter and a lower, more aerodynamic profile, riders can precisely adjust the fit to the unique shape of their foot, ensuring maximum performance without compromising comfort.

SUPPORT AND COMFORT

A specific part of the shoe’s upper surrounds the arch and can be precisely adjusted for a perfect fit and better plantar fascia support thanks to the latest Li2 BOA® platform. The volume of the forefoot area can be controlled thanks to the Infinito, a fit configuration feature. The Infinito balances tension and eliminates pressure hotspots by using BOA® textile lace guides. This fit system acts on a larger part of the shoe’s upper, pulling the eyelets inward consistently in all directions for a more supportive and comfortable fit.

R2 CARBON OUTSOLE

The updated Infinito also features an all-new outsole with a carbon fiber assembly that saves weight and increases stiffness. With a stiffness index of 10, this sole is the stiffest in the Fizik range. A large air intake and deep internal channels provide cool airflow, helping to regulate temperature. The cleat positioning is slightly further back than traditional settings to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce knee compression, which is particularly suitable for very aggressive aero positions.
