The pull buoy is a very useful swimming accessory for all levels: beginners or experienced. Indeed, the pull buoy allows you to progress and perfect your swimming technique by isolating the work of the arms or legs.

What is the pull buoy?

It is a one-piece foam swimming training aid. Typically shaped like a figure 8, this float will artificially improve your position in the water .

How to work your upper body with a pull buoy?

If you want to improve your arm technique or if you want to strengthen your upper body , the pull buoy is an essential piece of equipment.
