All our orders are shipped via Chronopost, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day. Any order placed after 2 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

* Free delivery to a relay point from 150€, excluding bulky items (bike, home-trainer, wheels). An additional cost of 12€ may apply for these items.

Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your delivery at any time on Chronopost.fr, via the Chronopost mobile app, or directly from the chat on our website.
Your package will be delivered upon presentation of a PIN code sent by email, ensuring secure delivery.
Upon receipt, check the contents and condition of your package before signing the delivery note. Any problem found (breakage, damaged packaging, missing item) must be reported in writing to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
In case of absence
Home Delivery — In case of absence, your package will be dropped off at the nearest relay point. You will be notified by SMS or email.
Relay Point Delivery — You have 7 days to collect your package. After this period, it will be automatically returned to us.

Click & Collect
Pick up your order for free in one of our Triathlon Store or Bicycle Store shops. The order will be available within 1 to 3 working days after validation.
