- What is the minimum amount to get free shipping?
Delivery Chronopost is only available at a relay point for an order greater than 150€ (excluding Corsica).
Please note that there may be an additional cost for bulky items (bicycle, home trainer, wheels, etc.).
- What are the delivery days?
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (except public holidays), Saturday in some cities.
- How do I track my package?
You can track your package Chronopost at any time on Chronopost.fr or on the Chronopost mobile application using your tracking number which is notified to you when your package is shipped.
- Which stores offer in-store delivery service?
All our Bicycle Store and Triathlon Store stores offer the click and collect service in store.
- If you are not at home or at the collection point at the time of delivery?
For home delivery, the delivery person will try (without obligation on his part) to contact you provided that you provide your contact details. In all cases, when a delivery attempt has not been successful, he will leave your package at the nearest relay point or at a post office. You will be notified by a message.
Regarding delivery to a relay point, you have 7 days to collect your package. After this date, your package will be automatically returned to us by the sender.
- What else should I know when receiving my package?
Your package will only be delivered to you upon presentation of the PIN code which will have been sent to you by email in order to secure delivery.
Upon receipt, check the contents and condition of the package before signing the delivery note. Any dispute concerning transport (breakage, damage, damaged packaging, missing item compared to the delivery note, etc.) must systematically be reported by a written reservation to the driver.
