You have 14 days from the date of receipt to make your return request via your order.
At the end of your return request, accepted or not by our customer service, a return shipping slip will be sent to you by email notification. You have 7 additional days to return your item(s) to us in suitable packaging. Shoe boxes and wetsuit boxes do not serve as packaging, a cardboard box to protect them is necessary. A penalty of 10% will be deducted from you in the event that this is not respected or even, the return could be refused.
The return request form must be printed and included in the package.
Upon receipt of your return, the refund will be initiated directly into your account within 5 days with deduction of the return costs of €5.99. The initial shipping costs are not refunded and remain your responsibility.
Items must be returned to us in the same condition as when you received them with tags and in their original packaging.
We do not do exchanges, only a refund is made after a return. We then invite you to place a new order.

However, if an error has been made during the preparation of your order, the return costs are naturally our responsibility. Upon your request, a prepaid return voucher will be sent to you.

There is an error in my order, what should I do?
To err is human and unfortunately a mistake can happen, we apologize in advance.
We invite you to contact our customer service by email eshop@triathlonstore.fr or by phone at 01 30 38 31 18 to report the error to us. A prepaid return slip will be sent to you. You will then need to drop off the package at a Pickup relay point or at a post office.
