Triathlon wetsuits: choose according to your level and technique

The neoprene wetsuit is a key piece of equipment for open water triathlon: it provides buoyancy, thermal insulation and glide, and can be removed quickly during transition. Our selection, focused on Orca with 2XU, Castelli and Head, is designed for both beginner swimmers and experienced triathletes, for men and women.

Float, Flow or Flex: which model to choose?

The Athlex (beginner to intermediate) and Apex (premium, Yamamoto 40 neoprene) ranges are available in three profiles:

  • Float: maximum buoyancy, useful if your legs tend to sink.
  • Flow: a balance between buoyancy and flexibility, to improve while maintaining good feel.
  • Flex: maximum flexibility in the shoulders and arms, for technically proficient swimmers.

Vitalis: for getting started and training

The Vitalis TRN, with neutral buoyancy, is designed for getting started in triathlon and open water, and also serves as a durable training wetsuit. Find the Hivis (high visibility orange accents), Thermal and Light versions in our open water wetsuits.

Swimrun and swimskin

For swimrun, discover the Orca Vanir Flex and Head Rough Shorty swimrun suits. For warm waters, the Orca Apex and Castelli Elite swimskins are thin and fast.

Accessories

Orca neoprene hood, swimrun sleeves, Head neoprene glue: complete your equipment with our swimming accessories.
