Instead, the new Decos embodies Fizik’s famous minimalist design in all its glory. For these shoes, we took a disciplined approach to simplicity to deliver the pure road riding experience you expect from Fizik, from epic big mountain rides to granfondos and beyond.

Simple support

The sleek upper uses a resilient polyurethane laminate material combined with comfortable mesh, which helps reduce yield and provides lasting foot support where it is needed most. The fit is convenient and quickly adjusts with a single two-way Li2 BOA® dial.

Powerful and responsive

At its core, the R2 sole’s carbon fiber layer saves weight and increases stiffness, with a stiffness index of 10 making it the most responsive sole in the Fizik range. A large air inlet and deep internal channels provide cool airflow, helping to regulate temperature. The cleat positioning is slightly further back than traditional settings to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce knee compression, which is particularly suited to very aggressive aero positions.
