GEL 100 is built using natural hydrogel technology and consists of six natural ingredients. It contains no colorants or preservatives and comes in 40g servings containing 60% carbohydrates – a high weight/energy ratio.
INSTRUCTIONS: Consume the gel a few minutes before, during, and/or immediately after activity.
ENERGY QUANTITY: Studies have shown that our bodies can utilize up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. Recent scientific research has shown that a fructose/glucose ratio of 0.8:1 allows for even greater absorption – up to 100 grams per hour. GEL 100 is developed using this ratio and contains a lot of energy. One serving contains 25 grams of carbohydrates.
