 INSTRUCTIONS
 Mix the contents of each sachet with 500 ml of water and shake well until dissolved. Be precise, the functionality depends on this ratio. The mixture is designed to be mixed with water containing <40 mg/L of calcium. Higher levels may affect its dissolution. Consume the sports drink a few minutes before, during and directly after activity.

 AMOUNT OF ENERGY
 Studies have shown that our body can use up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. One Drink Mix 320 sachet, mixed with 500 ml of water - contains 80 grams of carbohydrates.

 HOW DOES IT WORK? 
Drink Mix 320 is based on hydrogel technology*. When mixed with water, you get a carbohydrate sports drink containing a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose. The sports drink instantly converts to hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. The hydrogel allows for smooth transport of the drink through the stomach to the intestine, where water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.
