Polvere Castelli Jersey

We were riding gravel long before it was fashionable, and we always did it in our classic Castelli jerseys. The only problem was when branches or bushes would get caught in the delicate fabric of the jersey, and after a few gravel rides it was no longer really intact.

So we focused on this when creating the Polvere jersey. It doesn’t compromise on fit, comfort, moisture management and lightness, but we used fabrics that offer extra protection against snags. Since the arms and shoulders are the most exposed parts of the body, we chose a stretch-weave fabric that fits perfectly and also offers great protection. The fabric on the torso is closer to that of a traditional jersey, but it proved to be more durable in our snag and Velcro tests.

We don't call it a gravel jersey, because it's just as well-suited to road cycling. If you throw it on when you hit your favorite trail, it'll hold up better than any road jersey and better than most off-road gear.
