✅ How to measure your foot

Measure at the end of the day - your feet swell slightly during the day
Wear your usual running socks
Place your foot on a sheet of paper against a wall
Mark the longest point of your foot
Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters
Repeat for both feet and use the larger measurement.

💡 Tips for making the right choice

Toe room: Allow approximately 7mm to 1cm of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe
Foot width: Brooks offers models in standard width (D for men, B for women) and wide (2E for men, D for women)
Stride type: Consider your pronation type (neutral, supinated, pronated) to choose the right model
Between sizes: Choose the larger size for more comfort
