FLY THERMAL JACKET

Looking for a jacket that’s so light and warm you might forget you’re wearing it? Our Fly Thermal Jacket is just the thing for you. It’s made entirely from our Castelli FFT (FLY Fabric Technologies) fabric to keep you light and warm. We started by designing a lining made from GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER®. Incredibly breathable, this unmatched performance fabric protects your chest from the wind to keep you warm, while perfectly wicking away moisture. We then chose the lightest and warmest insulation made from 100% recycled materials: CLIMA SL technology, which is both insulating and breathable. Finally, the exterior is made from FLY SL fabric, made entirely from recycled materials. It protects you from wind, light rain and road spray in the event of a brief shower. Like any good jacket, this model features a YKK® Vislon® zip, three spacious back pockets, a fourth zipped pocket for your valuables, an elastic with silicone strip on the bottom for a perfect fit, as well as reflective strips for added safety on the road. That's how we designed an environmentally friendly jacket, ensuring all the performance you expect from a Castelli model.
