Just like a traditional pair of glasses, the integrated lens can be stowed on top of the helmet using the same hidden magnetic system. The tailless shell shape accommodates various body positions, making it a better overall fit for multiple uses. - FIT: A 360° BOA fit system includes an adjustable dial that provides a more secure fit and maximizes safety. Overall improvements to the shell shape ensure the ARO5 Race sits lower on the head for better balance, while conforming more naturally to the contours of your head.
- PROTECTION: The Mips® safety system is designed for added safety against a variety of accidents, helping to reduce harmful forces that could otherwise impact the wearer's head.
- VENTILATION: Internal ventilation channels within the EPS foam connect the front air vents to the rear exhaust ports, increasing overall airflow. The placement of each vent helps regulate body temperature by forcing air over your head, keeping you cool even as your ride heats up.
- LINING: The lining covers key contact points on the head and is made of Ionic+ material for added comfort. The main advantage of Ionic+ is the release of positively charged silver ions from the fabric in the presence of moisture. This ionic action helps eliminate sweat buildup on the surface, thus extending the product's lifespan.
- STORAGE OF THE GLASSES: Just like a traditional pair of glasses, the integrated lens can be stored on top of the helmet using the same magnetic system. The best part is that the vent design allows for ventilation even when the lens is stored.
