Une combinaison s'enfile serrée, et c'est voulu. À sec, vous devez ressentir une légère compression : la respiration est un peu contrainte, les épaules travaillent. C'est normal. Dans l'eau, le néoprène se détend et la combinaison prend sa forme définitive. Si elle est confortable à sec, elle sera trop grande une fois mouillée : l'eau s'engouffre entre le néoprène et la peau, vous perdez en flottaison, en glisse et vous vous refroidissez. Entre deux tailles, prenez la plus petite.
Comment prendre vos mesures
Le POIDS est le critère principal : commencez par lui, puis vérifiez avec la taille et le tour de poitrine.
Poitrine : ruban à l'horizontale sur la partie la plus forte, sans vêtement.
Taille : pieds nus, dos contre un mur, un livre à plat sur la tête.
Une combinaison doit être serrée : entre deux tailles, prenez la plus petite, sauf si le poids indique le contraire.
