The Forerunner 955 series offers all the tools to progress, such as training status and load, the new training readiness status, recovery information, etc. The most expert will be able to rely on new analysis data such as running power and an HRV / VFC test to determine heart rate variation. The series also offers all the tools dedicated to well-being and health from the Wellness universe, as well as latest-generation connected functions such as Garmin PayTM1 and integrated music. This new series follows the customer journey and the evolution of practices, by integrating mapping and navigation functions, for outdoor training or trail running.

Design and materials:

New – Large color touch screen

Both models feature a 45mm case with a 1.3' 260 × 260 pixel color touchscreen. The version
Solar is equipped with Power GlassTM which captures solar energy.

All models in the Forerunner 955 series feature 5 metal buttons and a touchscreen. A complete experience that
changes the way athletes interact with the watch and improves the navigation experience mainly on the
mapping. The functions do not substitute each other, which guarantees rapid adaptation and good operation whatever
or the conditions.

The fiber-reinforced polymer housing features Corning® Gorilla® Glass that is ultra-resistant to shock and wear. They are
still as thin and light, with 50g for the classic version and 51g for the Solar version.

New - Autonomy

In Solar version, up to 20 days in smartwatch mode, up to 49 hours with GPS and 100 hours in mode
Ultratrac.
In the classic version, up to 15 days in smartwatch mode, up to 42 hours with GPS and
80 hours in Ultratrac mode.

Water resistance 5 ATM – 50m
Water resistant up to 50 meters / 5 ATM for water activities

Compatible with the Quick Release® system
Forerunner 955 are compatible with 22mm Quick Release bands.
