FREE UNLIMITED W CASTELLI BIB SHORTS

This is the no-compromise bib short for gravel or endurance mountain biking. It combines the best features of Castelli’s first race short, the Free Aero RC Bibshort, with Dyneema® side panels for crash protection and side pockets for storage. It’s designed with riding comfort in mind. It uses the premium Progetto X2 Air Donna seamless seat pad for progressive cushioning and the softest, most stretched skin contact layer available. The Forza 2 fabric provides just the right amount of compression and muscle support for the longest rides. The bib straps are designed in Castelli’s drop-tail design, stretchy enough to pull down for a pee break while still providing enough traction to keep your shorts in place. They’re floating, so you can cross them in front or behind. The combination of Forza 2 fabric with the right length and circumference means that no silicone grippers are required. This is a big step forward in terms of comfort. The two large leg pockets are lined with an extremely lightweight and fast-wicking fabric, so you won't notice the extra layer, but they can hold a surprising amount of gear, allowing you to forgo a traditional pocketed cycling jersey.
