1. Measure at the end of the day - your feet swell slightly during the day
2. Wear your usual running socks
3. Place your foot on a sheet of paper against a wall
4. Mark the longest point of your foot
5. Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimeters
6. Repeat for both feet and use the larger measurement.

• Toe room: Allow approximately 7mm to 1cm of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe
