Straight out of our manufacturing facility, the in-house testing lab is the first stop for all BLACK INC products. Having our own testing facility allows us to get results quickly during product development and try different versions of carbon layups and shapes until we achieve our goals. For production, it ensures that quality remains consistent throughout the life of each product, without relying on third-party testing.

Black Inc products are designed to perform at the highest level. This is only possible thanks to our in-house team of designers and engineers, with the aim of producing the highest quality wheels and components, our engineers have the latest Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Rapid Prototyping software at their disposal and they make good use of it.

We have our own factories with the best carbon layup technicians, we can ensure consistent quality of our products according to our strict molding and testing protocols: - Measuring and cutting carbon sheets - Rim layup process in the mold - Handlebar preforms ready to be loaded into the molds - Handlebar molds open after curing - Rim inspection and finishing - Decal application
